FATE Foundation in partnership with Google.org has launched the Business Resilience Programme (BRP) for Women Entrepreneurs for 2023. This program is funded below the Google.org “SSA Women Entrepreneurship Programme’’ and is a part of a continent-wide program operating throughout Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa geared toward bettering the digital and monetary functionality of feminine nano and micro enterprise entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 55 years.
The program will present beneficiaries with required elementary monetary literacy and enterprise administration information; digital literacy abilities; development help (together with enterprise registration, community, and neighborhood constructing); and micro-grant financing to underserved female-led companies in Nigeria.
Curriculum
The curriculum will cowl educating feminine entrepreneurs in Nigeria the next:
- Financial Management
- Business Plan Development
- Digital Marketing
- Accessing Funding
- Business Networks
- Confidence Building
Target Beneficiaries
- Female entrepreneurs who run nano (lower than 3 staff) and micro (between 4 to 9 staff) companies in Nigeria.
- A minimal of secondary faculty completion qualification.
- Ability to grasp and talk in English.
- Access to the web and a Smartphone system with the flexibility to use the system.
- Special consideration might be given to girls who’re breadwinners, widows, and single dad and mom.

Specifically, the BRP will help feminine entrepreneurs with companies on the nano and micro ranges in two phases:
Phase I:
– Self paced totally on-line 4 week program
– Access to Business Plan Developer Tool
Phase II:
– Hybrid program led by skilled monetary and digital literacy for entrepreneurs consultants
– Business Registration Support
– Micro Grant help
Eligibility for Phase II might be depending on completion of all Modules and necessities from Phase I.
