However, one flight attendant went above and past for a passenger on a flight that departed from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
A photograph of Delta Air Lines flight attendant Floyd Dean-Shannon exhibits him comforting a woman who passengers say was scared to fly.
The photograph that was taken final Saturday from a flight that was departing from Charlotte has since gone viral. It exhibits Floyd sitting within the aisle and holding the woman’s hand.
Passenger Molly Simonson Lee took the image and stated she was moved by Floyd’s kindness.
“He simply had this connection and heat and quietness and she or he responded to that and the second was simply so stunning,” Lee stated.
To Lee, the second was a reminder of how good individuals could be.
