Proptech startup Landeed has raised $8.3 million in a seed round led by Draper Associates, Y Combinator, and Bayhouse Capital.
Funds will likely be used for hiring contemporary expertise to help the achieved workforce and additional strengthen the technological infrastructure, the corporate mentioned in a press launch.
Founded in 2022 by Sanjay Mandava, ZJ Lin, and Jonathan Richards, Landeed helps customers search property titles and obtain land paperwork at a nominal price.
Landeed simplifies the a number of search strategies and collects all the information that’s required by a land proprietor or purchaser to make sure all the pieces is in order with a specific property.

Within 4 months of its launch, Bengaluru-based Landeed claims to have acquired 1.7 million searches for land titles throughout the seven states it operates in.
Six months earlier, Landeed had raised a pre-seed round from Justin Hamilton (CEO, Clutterbot), Goodwater Capital, Olive Tree, Manmohan Chandolu, Chris Maurice (Yellow Card), Christian Kaczmarczyk (Third Prime VC), AVCF Fund, and 9 Y Combinator alumni.
