TwentyFour Income Fund Ltd. stated Thursday that it raised 988,000 kilos ($1.8 million) to fulfill market demand and lift cash for investments.
The London-listed closed-ended fund stated it issued 1 million atypical shares from its holding in Treasury at 98.8 pence a share, representing a premium of 0.2% to Wednesday’s closing worth of 99.0 pence a share.
Following the difficulty, the corporate’s complete share capital will comprise of 703.5 million shares.
